Trent & Madison

Welcome! We are the Lesley's. We're a young married couple with a toddler and a lazy house cat. Our story began in January of 2009 as high-school sweethearts, but our health journey began in October of 2013 after completing a tough ten mile race where preparation was not our first priority.

After returning home from the race, we vowed to put our overall health as our second priority...first being our spiritual health.

We all value our health differently. For us, overall health is broken down into several categories: spiritual, mental, nutritional, and physical. How you fuel your body and what you fuel your body with is key to feeling and performing at your best.

Madison's Personal Training story

I’m a Alabama native who recently moved back to Bama from the sunshine state. Physical activity has been a part of my life since I was very young. I was involved in childhood sports and activities all throughout my grade school years. In 2014, my interest in the fitness business began. I enjoyed being in the gym as well as GroupX classes. My journey of instructing and training began at a local gym in town where I received 2 certifications that year with LesMills BodyAttack and LesMills BodyPump. In 2015, I changed gyms to be closer to home where I Instructed groupX classes. I started instructing classes like BodyPump, BodyAttack, Water aerobics, cycle, core/ab focused classes, as well as a Boot Camp style class. In 2016 I officially joined the a new gym community. To say I found where I belonged is an understatement. This place was the place! I enjoyed instructing classes like cycle, Fit Forever for our elderly generation and even a 30/30 style of LesMills BodyPump and LesMills BodyAttack. I also received a WSI certification and my Personal Training certification that year with NCSF.

My husband and I married in Spring of 2017 and moved to Florida in the Fall of 2017. When the global pandemic hit in 2020, it left us with some big decisions to be made. I knew I wanted to get back to training clients. So I went full force back into training clients from home, started a small business with  PT clients, wrote an Ebook on fitness/wellness, and shared recipes and fitness tips along the way. I found my calling again. It never truly left, I just took a little de-tour. We recently moved back to T-town with our toddler and I’m back at my home gym, thriving in this incredible community. I am blessed with a great personal training clientele and I fill in for GroupX classes as needed. Personal training is what I love to do. I'm blessed I get to do this everyday.
